Thors comment
"Due to the theme "Yggdrasil", and that green is such a versatile colour for bonsai, I have worked a lot in this edition with different hues from warm moss green to cold spruce green. This pot is draped in a light green that enhance the rough surface of the clay. One side has two drips of yellow/light green that is there to accent and give you to different sides to choose from."

Yggdrasil november edition 2020
"According to Nordic folklore, the world tree Yggdrasil is a symbol of how the world is organized. For me, personally, it is a symbol and ideal for how I, as a person, should strive on in my daily life. In the aftermath of Ragnarök, Yggdrasil will tremble but not fall. In its crown sits the all-seeing eagle and rooster that watches over the world and time, at its roots gnaw evil beings in their quest to trap me. At its stem, creatures guard my nourishing roots and along its trunk, a squirrel rushes with gossip that sows doubt in my mind. Just as my subconscious daily battles my immortal soul. My obligation is to stand firmly in this world with my roots deep in the ground, no matter what happens. At the end of it all, I trust in Yggdrasil and like Ygg, and all men, I am hanging upside down from it´s branches in my perpetual search for wisdom.
This edition therefore contains pots that are evergreen, built like strongholds and dotted with decorative branches. Some of them are still in the kiln as i write this, but I trust they will come out in full bloom."
