Thors comment:

"This early Thor pot, made before my apprentiship in Japan, was previously glazed black and I never got a good idea of what color to glaze it. So I gave it to my most talented wife Carina Jern who - voila! Draped it in a violet ground color with a verdigris green, with tones of brown, running thickly along its sides. Masterclass glazing my love."

  • About this edition

THOR EDITIONS is handmade, unique and numbered pots that are released once a month under a dedicated theme

"When I started with bonsai pottery, I had the idea of making very clean and straight shapes in black and white. Before this edition, I opened the boxes of my first works that I still have, once rejected for sale because of the thickness of the walls - to get inspiration. It was a fond reunion. Some of them are included here in this edition. The theme is straight walls - no lips . Straight up."
