Thor Holvila 2504-05
Thors comment:
"Making a Viking ship as a pot is an idea that has been with me for a long time. But it has proven to be more difficult than I first thought. This is my first attempt and I am happy with the shape. I am sure that I will develop and return to this theme."

THOR ABOUT THE EDITION - Ruins & Cherry Blossoms
"In early April, I made a pilgrimage walk between the monastery ruins in Varnhem all the way to the monastery in Gudhem. The path was lined with traces of my ancestors. The 5,000-year-old burial grounds at Ekornavallen, King Inge the Elder's 1,000-year-old grave at Hånger, the battlefields at Faris and the grassy ruins of the city of Sätuna. The raven followed me, but so did also the exuberant cherry trees in full bloom that lined my path. My fascination of the short-lived flowers of the fruit trees in contrast to the "eternal" stone monuments gave me the inspiration for this edition. And will continue to influence me for a long time to come."
