"I call this pot design the "Crab pot". It is built in the same way as my "Gotham" design, but has smaller feet, which reminds me of a crab. I like how the heavy design rests on small feet, a balance between large and small, fragile and solid."

"This month I have focused on one of my favorite glazes on classic models in one of my favorite clays - The Groggy Granite Gray clay. Dry in texture and full of reinforcing pebbles, it gives a rough, robust and primitive look. The glaze, which is inspired by the North Sea beaches, ranges from blue-green with white elements - just like the sea appears as I sit on the rocks and observe the waves dance."
