Thor Holvila 2512-13
Thors comment:
"I have long been looking for a technique to make "rock island" ports that stick out like a small islet in the swedish archipelago. I think I have finally found it. In this small version I have dug a hole in the middle for planting moss or grass as the idea is that this one should be an accent.”

THOR ABOUT THE EDITION - Hill & Gully
”It is very interesting how it is so easy to make up pots based on an idea in your head, and then how difficult it is to implement it. My idea was to make a pot that included the idea of one, or more, trees growing on a slope, a valley - or on a mountainside. As soon as I started sketching it, I immediatly realized that new tools had to be made to be able to break the classical form. See, if you like, one foot stands on one side, and the other on the other side. We have built bridges for a long time - let's not destroy them now.”
Thank you
